摘要
针对石窑店煤矿2^(-2)煤层回风巷道的支护问题,对巷道顶、底板岩层进行物理力学测试,运用围岩松动圈测试仪对巷道围岩松动圈进行测定,并结合数值模拟,提出"锚杆+锚索+钢筋网"支护方案。同时通过对支护方案进行现场工业试验对支护后的巷道进行矿压监测。监测结果表明,巷道顶、底板最大移近量不大于26 mm,两帮最大移近量不大于36 mm,巷道围岩得到了有效控制。
Aim at the problem of supportting and repairing of coal return air roadway in 2^-2 coal seam of Shiyaodian coal mine, physical and mechanical tests of roof and floor rock strata of roadway and determination of loose ring of roadway surrounding rock by using rocker loose circle tester are carried out. Combined with numerical simulation, "anchor+anchor cable+steelmesh"support program is put forward. At the same time, the on-site industrial tests on the support scheme carried out mine pressure monitoring on the roadway after the support. The monitoring results show that the maximum displacement of the roof and floor of the roadway is not more than 26 mm, and the maximum approaching of the two sides is not greater than 36 mm, the roadway surrounding rock is effectively controlled.
