摘要
分析煤壁片帮机理及煤壁受力得出煤壁片帮的形式,选取某矿1307大采高工作面岩层结构及其性质,结合工作面液压支架的参数,利用UDEC软件对液压支架在不同支护阻力下煤壁塑性区分布进行数值模拟,可知工作阻力超过8 000 k N时,煤壁片帮稳定在0.42 m,随着工作面支护阻力增大,片帮稳定。
Analyze the coal wall spalling mechanism and coal wall stress,obtain the coal wall spalling form, select a mine 1307 working face rock structure and its properties, combined with the parameters of working face hydraulic support, the hydraulic support in different supporting resistance of coal wall plastic zone distribution numerical simulation by using UDEC software. The working resistance for more than 8 000 kN, the coal wall stability in 0.42 m, with the support of working face spalling resistance increases,the spalling is stability.
