摘要
分析了EBJ-120悬臂式掘进机行走减速器的发热源,并根据实际工况计算热源的发热量与主要传热件的热交换系数,利用ANSYS Workbench软件对减速器进行稳态热分析,得出热平衡状态下整体的温度场仿真结果。通过对结果的研究分析,解决掘进机减速器在井下作业中出现温度过高的实际问题。
Analyze the heat sourceofthe walk part reducer of EBJ-120 boom-type roadheader, and calculate the calorific value of heat source and the heat exchange coefficient of the main heat transfer elements according to the actual working conditions. The steady-state thermal analysis of the reducer was carried out by ANSYS Workbench, obtain the simulation results of the whole temperature field at the condition of thermal equilibrium.Through the research and analysis of the results, solve the practical problems abouttheovertemperature of reducer in downhole operation.
