立柱拆装机简介及拆装工艺探索研究

Introduction and Research on Disassembly and Installation Technology of Column Working Machinery

简要叙述了目前立柱拆装作业的步骤及操作缺点,介绍了立柱拆装机的组成和整车参数。通过分析目前立柱维修车间的作业环境,结合立柱拆装机的设计特征,探索研究了立柱拆卸工艺和安装工艺,试验成功证明了工艺的可行性。

Introduced the operation steps and disadvantages of the disassembly and installation technology for the column working machinery. The composition and parameters are introduced. Through analyzing the working environment, combined with the design features of the column working machinery, disassembly process and installation process are found out. At last, the prototype machine successfully developed proved the process was feasibility.
