摘要
利用硅胶柱层析技术,依次采用石油醚(PE)∶乙酸乙酯(EA)体积比为19∶1、9∶1、4∶1、3∶2的混合溶剂为洗脱剂,对褐煤环己烷热溶物(EP)精细分离,以获取较高纯度的芳香族化合物样品,并利用气相色谱-质谱联用(GC/MS)仪及气相色谱-串联分析,为从煤中分离出高附加值化学品提供依据。环己烷热溶物(EP)经层析分离后,用GC/MS对洗脱馏分进行定性定量分析。研究结果表明:石油醚∶乙酸乙酯=19∶1时,洗脱某一馏分含有多种物质大部分为长链烷烃及杂原子化合物。洗脱剂的极性较小,像酸类、酚类等物质还不能从层析柱中洗脱出来。
Using silica gel column chromatography,in turn,the use of petroleum ether (PE): ethyl acetate (EA) volume ratio of 19:1,9:1,4:1,3:2 mixed solvent as the elution agent. For lignite cyclohexane (EP) compounds hot melt material fine separation. In order to obtain high purity aromatic compounds. To provide the basis for the separation of high value-added chemicals from coal by gas chromatography mass spectrometry (GC/MS), instrument and gas chromatography. Qualitative and quantitative analysis of the eluted fractions was performed with EP after GC/MS chromatography separation. Analysis results show that: petroleum ether: ethyl acetate =19:1 ,the eluted fraction contains a variety of substances, most of which are long chain alkanes and hetero atoms.The polarity of the elution agent is small, such as acids,phenols and other substances can not be eluted from the column.
