摘要
对张家峁煤矿洗煤厂生产数据进行分析,拟合该洗煤厂精煤产率、精煤灰分、经济效益之间数据关系。根据精煤价格与灰分之间的关系,确定精煤灰分变化与经济效益之间的函数。采用遗传算法对不同技术指标方案进行搜索寻优,找出最佳方案值对应指标。实践证明,该方法与洗煤厂实际情况吻合,能够为洗煤厂科学生产提供决策支持,提高经济效益。
Analyzes the production data of coal production rate, the ash content and Zhangjiamou coal mine, fitting the data relation between the economic efficiency of the coal washing plant. According to the relationship between coal price and ash content, the function of coal ash change and economic benefit is determined. The genetic algorithm is used to search for different technical index schemes to find the best scheme value. The practice proves that this method is in line with the actual situation of the coal washing plant, which can provide decision-making support for the scientific production of coal washing plant and improve economic efficiency.
