某啤酒厂新建20万k L/年啤酒工程项目职业病危害预评价 被引量:3

摘要 目的识别该新建项目可能产生的职业病危害因素,分析其危害程度及对劳动者的健康影响;评价其防护设施的可行性,提出建议。方法根据建设项目职业病危害评价规范和初步调查分析,对该项目职业病危害预评价采用类比法、工程分析法和综合分析法等方法进行定性和定量评价。结果本项目的生产过程主要存在的职业病危害因素为谷物粉尘、氨、二氧化碳、盐酸、噪声、高温等,根据类比项目检测结果,化学因素中谷物粉尘、氨、盐酸的浓度检测合格率均为100%;物理因素中噪声检测岗位15个,其中5个岗位或工种检测结果不合格,合格率为67%;高温强度符合国家规定的职业接触限值。依据现场调查资料确定该项目为职业病危害较重的建设项目。结论该建设项目拟采取的职业病危害防护设施基本符合国家职业卫生标准和卫生要求,从职业卫生角度分析,该建设项目可行。 Objective To identify the possible occupational hazards in the newly built project,to evaluate protective measures and their feasibility and put forward the countermeasures.Methods According to the evaluation norms of occupational hazards in the construction project and preliminary investigation,the qualitative and quantitative assessment for occupational hazards of this project was conducted with the combination of analogy,engineering analysis method and comprehensive analysis method,etc. Results The major occupational hazards in production process were grain dust,ammonia,carbon monoxide,hydrochloric acid,noise and high temperature,etc.Based on the results of analogical detection,the qualified rates of the occupational hazard factors which were grain dust,ammonia,hydrochloric acid were 100%.Among 15 posts with noise exposure,the noise intensities in 5 posts exceeded the occupational exposure limit,with the qualified rate of 67%.The results of high temperature met the occupational standards.This project on the basis of our field survey was classified as the project with more serious occupational hazards.Conclusion The occupational hazard prevention facilities which to be taken in this construction project are in line with national occupational health standards and hygiene requirements. In occupational health's opinion,the construction project is feasible.
