高速涡轮机头联合微创拔牙挺治疗下颌阻生牙对并发症及术后疼痛程度的影响 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨高速涡轮机头联合微创拔牙挺治疗下颌阻生牙对并发症及疼痛程度的影响。方法选择本院2015年3月至2017年3月收治的下颌阻生牙行高速涡轮机头联合微创拔牙挺拔除患牙患者200例为观察组,另选同期在本院接受超声骨刀拔牙患者102例为对照组,对两组并发症发生情况与疼痛程度、拔牙窝完整性进行观察。结果观察组患者牙龈撕裂、牙根折断、颞下颌关节脱位、舌侧骨板骨折等并发症发生率与对照组相比差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05);观察组患者术后3、7 d的VAS评分均低于对照组,对照组拔牙窝完整性评分较观察组低,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论高速涡轮机头联合微创拔牙挺治疗下颌阻生牙创伤小,并发症发生率低,也能减轻疼痛感,保持拔牙窝完整性,值得临床推广。
