摘要
目的对比研究在颅内幕上病变手术中Sina软件定位与神经导航定位的应用。方法回顾性分析采用开颅手术治疗的20例颅内幕上病变病人的临床资料,按术前定位方法将病人分为Sina定位组(n=10)和导航定位组(n=10),Sina定位组术前采用Sina软件定位,设计手术切口。导航定位组术前采用神经导航系统定位,设计手术切口,术中采用神经导航系统评估病变切除情况。比较两组病人术前定位时间、术中病变暴露情况、术后病变切除情况以及GOS评分。结果 Sina定位组在颅内幕上病变定位时间上短于导航定位组(P=0.001),两组病人在术中病变暴露、病变切除情况、术后GOS评分上差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在颅内幕上病变中,Sina软件可以做到快速定位,为手术提供简便的定位方法,因其经济简便,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To comparatively study the Sina soft positioning and neuronavigation positioning during the surgery for intracranial supratentorial lesions(ISL). Methods Clinical data of 20 ISL patients were analyzed retrospectively, who underwent craniotomy. The patients were divided into Sina positioning group(n = 10) and neuronavigation positioning group(n = 10) according to the preoperative positioning method. Sina soft was used to get position and design incisions before surgery in Sina positioning group.The neuronavigation system was used to get position and design incisions before surgery and to evaluate the excision of lesion during the surgery in neuronavigation positioning group. The positioning time before surgery, exposure of lesion during the surgery, excision of lesion and GOS scores after surgery were compared between the two groups. Results The positioning time of ISL in Sina positioning group was shorter than the neuronavigation positioning group(P = 0.001). There were no statistical difference in lesion exposure, excision and GOS scores after surgery(P〉0.05). Conclusions For ISL, Sina soft can provide fast positioning and simple positioning method for surgery. It is worthy of further popularization clinically due to its low cost and convenience.
