护理亚专业协作在院内救治批量地震伤员中的应用效果

Effect and Experience of Nursing Subspecialty Collaboration in Hospital Rescuing Mass Earthquake Wounded

目的探讨护理亚专业协作在接收和救治批量地震伤员的实施效果。方法依据批量地震伤员的损伤特点，结合运用5．12汶川大地震以来的系列救治经验，通过在九寨沟地震批量伤员收治过程中实施包括建立护理亚专业协作的应急管理组织体系及亚专业护理团队质量监控体系，分析对患者结局的影响。结果2017年8月9日16：30-8月10日4：10绵阳市中心医院收治的48例伤员中，无医院感染流行及局部暴发，死亡数为0，无1例发生术后护理相关并发症，未发生自杀及自伤行为，患者及家属的满意度高。结论护理亚专业协作，能够科学、全面、及时、有效的完成批量地震伤员救治，保障患者救治过程中的护理质量和安全。

Objective To explore the effect of nursing sub-professional cooperation in receiving and treating earthquake casualties. Methods According to the characteristics of injury of mass earthquake victims, combined with the ;series of treatment experiences since the wenchuan earthquake, the influence of nursing sub,professional, Cooperative emergency management system and the quality monitoring system of sub-professional nursing team on the outcome of patients in jiuzhaigou earthquake mass victims treatment was analyzed. Results Among the 48 injured patients treated, no hospital infection was endemic and local outbreak, death count, postoperative nursing related complications, suicide and self-injury were all zero, and patients and their families were satisfied with high degree of satisfaction. Conclusion Nursing professional cooperation, can be scientific, Comprehensive, timely and effective to complete the mass earthquake victims treatment, to ensure the patient＇s care quality and Safety in the treatment process.
