Performance Improvement and Confirmation Methods of Energy Management Systems

本文参考了ISO50006能源管理体系-能源基准和能源绩效参数,基于对化工、钢铁、公共机构和电力行业等四个重点用能行业的实际调研,采集能源管理体系绩效改进途径方面的信息,另在充分的资料搜集和检索的基础上,经汇总和整理,分析和探讨合格评定工作中对能源绩效改进的表现形式/类别,进而研究组织能源绩效改进结果的核定及确认方法,为合格评定工作提供指导,为认证决定、认证保持过程提供依据。

This paper collects the information on energy management system performance improvement methods based on actual investigation of the four important energy consumption industries, i.e. chemical industry, steel and iron industry, public institutions and power industry, in consideration with ISO 5006, Energy management systems--Measuring energy performance using energy baselines（EnB） and energy performance indicators（EnPI）--General principles and guidance. Besides, on the basis of sufficient material search and data collection, it analyzes and discusses the expression forms/types of performance improvement during conformity assessment through summary and collation. Afterwards, it researches the verification and confirmation methods of the conclusions of energy performance improvement in order to supervise the conformity assessment and provide reference for certification decision and maintenance.
