摘要
为了初步评价9种药用植物不同遮光条件下的适应能力,对它们进行不同的遮光处理,测定其光合速率和产量等指标。结果表明:光照与植物的生长发育密切相关,药用植物种类不同对遮光的适应性不同,丹参、板蓝根、百合、射干在30%遮光件下,产量下降幅度与对照不显著;北沙参、柴胡、天南星在遮光率50%以下仍维持较高的光合速率、折干率和产量;土贝母和牛膝在不同的遮光处理后其测定指标均显著下降。
The paper aims to evaluate the adaptability of 9 kinds of medicinal plants under different shadingconditions. The authors carried out shading treatments and measured the photosynthetic rate and yield. Theresults showed that: light and plant growth and development were closely related to the shading adaptability ofdifferent medicinal plants, the yield decrease of Salvia miltiorrhiza, Radix isatidis, Lily, and Radix under 30%shading was not significant with that of the contrast; Radix glehniae, Bupleurum, Araceae maintained higherphotosynthetic rate, drying rate and yield under 50% shading; the indexes of Fritillaria and Achyranthes bidentata significantly decreased after different shading treatments.
