药用石斛研究进展

Research Advances in Medicinal Dendrobium

综述了国内20世纪80年代至今药用石斛的主要研究现状,概括了药用石斛包括发展起源、资源分布、资源调查与评价、成分分析、药理研究、人工栽培、组培培养、产品加工、分子鉴定等多方面的研究进展,同时对药用石斛研究中存在资源保护与开发不足、良种选育研究滞后、药用石斛质量与生态相关系研究欠缺等问题进行探讨,认为未来药用石斛的研究重点应放在构建种质资源库及不同药用石斛种质质量评价体系、良种及优良种质培育、生境与药用石斛生长互作以及高效药用石斛保健产品开发等方面。

The main research status of medicinal Dendrobium from the 1980 s is reviewed. The developmentorigin, resource distribution, resource investigation and evaluation, component analysis, pharmacologyresearch, artificial cultivation, tissue culture, product processing are summarized. At the same time, theproblems existing in the research of medicinal Dendrobium such as the lagging of the selection and breeding ofgood species, the lack of research on the quality of medicinal Dendrobium and on ecological related lines arediscussed. It is suggested that the future research focus of Dendrobium should be put on the construction ofgermplasm resource bank and the quality evaluation system of different medicinal Dendrobium germplasm,cultivation of improved varieties and fine germplasm, interaction between habitat and medicinal Dendrobium growth, and the development of highly effective medicinal Dendrobium health products.
