我国社区养老模式现状与展望

Status and prospect of the mode of community pension in China

当前我国养老问题是迫切需要应对的一项挑战,解决我国养老问题最适用的方法则是致力于社区养老。为促进我国社区养老事业的发展,本研究着重对社区养老的特点、目前存在的问题、解决方案以及发展前景方向等方面进行总结。首先,回顾分析国内外社区养老发展特点,并提出我国社区养老发展的处境及存在问题;其次,针对性地提出解决问题的方案;最后对社区养老的发展前景进行展望。目前我国社区养老存在老年群体对社区养老认知度低、社区养老的服务对象层次不均、社区养老专业人员匮乏、社区养老的资金来源不足等问题,针对这些问题应该提高老年人群对社区养老的认识、扩大关注对象范围、加大专业人员的储备、完善养老政策,加大政府扶持力度。我国社区养老的相关研究还处于初始阶段,目前与其相关的实证研究较少。需要对社区养老的认识状况、供需状况、影响因素等方面做进一步的实践探索,加强理论和实证研究,根据研究对象选择恰当、多样的研究方法,努力构建出老年人健康需求的评估体系,为社区养老的进一步发展奠定坚固的基础。

At present,the problem of providing for the aged in China is a challenge which needs to be dealt with urgently.The most suitable method to solve the problem of old-age care in our country is to work for the aged in the community.This study focuses on the characteristics of the community endowment,the existing problems,solutions and prospects for development.First,review and analyze the characteristics of community pension development at home and abroad,and put forward the situation and problems of the development of community pension in our country.secondly,put forward the solutions to solve the problem.finally,the prospect of the development of community pension is prospected.At present,there are some problems in the elderly community in our country,such as the low awareness of the elderly,the uneven level of the service objects in the community,the lack of the professional staff of the community,and the shortage of the funds of the community.In order to solve these problems,we should improve the understanding of the elderly for the elderly,expand the scope of attention,increase the reserve of professional staff,improve the pension policy,and increase the support of the government.The research on community endowment in China is still in its initial stage,and there are few related empirical studies.We need to make further practical exploration on the understanding,supply and demand situation and influencing factors of the community pension,strengthen the theoretical and empirical research,select the appropriate and diverse research methods according to the research object,and try to build the evaluation system for the health needs of the elderly,and lay a solid foundation for the further development of the community.
