This paper discusses the construction of ＂information technology base＂ in the course of ＂information technology founda-tion＂, which is established by students in mathematics and statistics, physics and electronic information, computer and informationscience. This paper puts forward the content module of the course architecture. Combined with the mixed teaching mode, the articlestates that the construction of curriculum resources should be carried out in different stages. There are seven steps in three stages.The three stages are preparation, design and use. The seven steps are（1） demand analysis;（2） planning course resources;（3） collectmaterials and materials;（4） implementation of construction;（5） audit, test and trial course resources;（6） improve construction re-sources;（7） update and maintain curriculum resources. This paper puts forward the principles of classification, evaluation and con-struction of curriculum resources. Finally, the management of teaching resources is explained from the perspective of management.
