摘要
该文首先梳理了GJB5000A中关于项目管理的过程域,在此基础上提出目前存在较为突出的几点问题,最后结合实际提出在项目应用中具体有效的解决方案。
This paper first combs the process area of project management in GJB5000 A. Based on this, it proposes some outstandingproblems at present. Finally, the actual proposed concrete and effective solutions in project applications.
