羊伪结核病流行现状及防控技术研究进展

Research progress on epidemiology and control technology of caseous lymphadenitis

随着我国养羊产业的迅速发展,羊传染病也变的日趋严重和复杂,成为制约养羊业发展的重要因素之一。其中由伪结核棒状杆菌侵入机体引起的羊伪结核病发病率很高,但致死率较低,且多呈亚临床症状,在生产实践中常被人们忽视,而造成严重的经济损失。本研究分析了近年来该病在国内外的流行趋势、伪结核棒状杆菌的病原学特点和国内外对该病原菌致病机制的最新研究进展,同时对该病的疫苗研究进展及综合防控技术研究进展也进行了综述,发现伪结核棒状杆菌已经发展成为养羊业的一个世界性难题,其危害较大,造成的经济损失明显,但目前疫苗研发和防控技术研究尚不足以应对该病快速的发展,需予以重视。

With the rapid development of sheep industry in China, sheep infectious diseases have be- come one of the important restricting factors. The Caseous lymphadenitis （CLA） ,which causes by the invasion of Corynebacterium pseudotuberculosis, is often ignored in the production practice, but causes serious economic losses. This study analyzed the latest epidemic trend of the disease in domestic and foreign,combining with the pathogenic characteristics of Corynebacterium pseudotu- berculosis and also the latest research on the pathogenic mechanism of the pathogen. It provides a reference for the prevention and control of the disease future.
