Myocardial ischemia can be caused by coronary microvascular dysfunction（CMD）.From the aspects of coronary microvascular structure and function,this paper focuses on the effects of plaque rupture on microvascular embolism,microvascular stenosis,microvasospasm,and blood factors,including abnormal blood rheology in menopausal women,on the pathophysiology of CMD.The related diseases involve cardiac X syndrome,coronary slow flow,and microvascular angina,and it is best to name them coronary microvascular angina.There is no effective clinical treatment,and blood health therapy is worth trying.
