Development of CBM Foreign Cooperation Projects in China from the View of Contractor Replacement

中国煤层气对外合作领域的工作在近年来多个项目的总体开发方案获批后,已进入一轮新的发展阶段。回顾过去的合作历程,存在着诸多因素推动和制约着煤层气对外合作项目的发展,本文旨在对煤层气产品分成合同外方合同者的更替情况进行梳理、总结和分析,从一个侧面勾勒出国内煤层气对外合作项目的发展轨迹,并探讨如何将对外合作项目中外双方的博弈经验应用于煤层气对外合作项目的下步发展之中。

After the general development plans of the cooperation projects have been approved in recent years, the CBM foreign cooperation in China has entered a new development stage. By reviewing the his torical cooperation processes, there are still many influencing factors which promote and restrict the devel opment of CBM cooperation projects. The paper tastes, summarizes and analyzes the condition of foreign contractor replacement in CBM PSCs, and from the other side outlines the development process of CBM foreign cooperation projects in China. It also proposes a discussion on how to apply the negotiation experience between Chinese and foreign parties to the next step development of CBM foreign cooperation pro jects.
