摘要
日前认为晶体-细胞反应中,肾脏炎性损伤在肾结石的形成中起到十分重要的作用,而近年来钙化性纳米微粒逐渐被认为是肾结石形成的启动因素之一,并成为研究热点。本文拟就肾结石晶体细胞炎性反应中钙化性纳米微粒充当的角色进行综述。
At present, it is thought that the inflammatory injury of the kidney plays a very important role in the formation of kidney stones in the crystal-cell reaction. In recent years, calcifying nanoparticles (CNP) is gradually considered as one of the initiators of the formation of kidney stones, and has become a research hotspot. This article reviews the role of calcified nanoparticles in the inflammatory response of renal calculi ceils.
