摘要
锅炉排烟损失是锅炉热损失中最大的一项,排烟温度的高低,直接影响排烟损失大小。本文针对某电厂2×240t/h燃煤(掺烧高炉气和焦炉气)锅炉中一台锅炉排烟温度高的问题进行了研究分析,综合考虑影响该锅炉排烟温度的各个因素,提出了一套相应的调整措施,以期能够解决该锅炉排烟温度高的问题,使之性能上达到预期设计参数,为电厂带来良好的经济效益。
About heat loss, the part of exit gas is the biggest, which is effected by the emission gas temperature directly. On the basis of two 240 t/h boiler in a power plant, this paper analyzed the high emission gas temperature of one boiler by comparing the construction and operation, and took measures to solve the problem in finally. The purpose is to improve the boiler efficiency and bring in the economic benefit to the plant.
