摘要
从石灰石在转炉热分解特性和渣化机理,分析50 t转炉应用石灰石代替部分造渣工艺,并介绍在50 t转炉开展工业试验情况、存在问题及取得的效果,并就存在的问题提出改进措施;利用转炉的富余热量,石灰石代替部分活性石灰和冷却剂炼钢,既降低生产成本,同时节能减排。
Based on the thermal decomposition characteristics and slag mechanism of limestone in the converter, this paper analyzes the application of limestone instead of partial slag making in 50 t converter, and introduces the industrial test situation, problems and results in the 50 t converter, and puts forward some improvement measures. Calcareous lime and coolant steelmaking not only reduce production costs, but also save energy and reduce emissions.
