摘要
分析了转炉钢水终点残锰量的影响因素,针对150 t转炉生产实际数据,研究表明终点残锰量与铁水Si、Mn含量和钢水终点C含量成正相关,并建立了150 t转炉钢水终点残锰量的数学模型。将该模型用于现场检验,其预估值与分析值的偏差值≤0.02%的准确率达到90%,可以把预估残锰值用于配加含锰合金计算,达到减少合金加入量,降低成本的目的。
This article introduces the factors affecting the manganese content of molten steel end residues, in view of the actual production data in 150 t converter, research shows that residual manganese and iron on Si and Mn content and molten steel is closely relative to C content, and set up 150 t converter molten steel end point, the mathematical model of residual manganese content. Will the model is used for on-site inspection, the forecast and analysis of the deviation value 0.02% accuracy reaches 0.02% or less, can add the estimated residual manganese value is used to match with manganese alloy, alloy addition amount reduced, the purpose of cost reduction.
