高铝高碱度中钛型炉渣脱硫能力试验研究 被引量:3

摘要 以现场渣为基准,研究了高Al_2O_3、高碱度、中钛型高炉渣脱硫性能以及影响脱硫能力的各种因素。结果表明,在高碱度、高Al_2O_3、中钛型条件下,有利于脱硫的炉渣成分为:二元碱度不能超过1.30,MgO的质量分数约为12%,Al_2O_3的质量分数控制16%以下,TiO_2的质量分数为不超过10%。 Based on BF slag, the desulphurization capability of slag with high Al2O3 and basicity and medium-titanium content was studied. The effects of different factors on desulphurization capacity were also studied. The results show that, at the conditions of high basicity and Al2O3 and medium-titanium, the favorable slag composition for desulphurization is: basicity is less than 1.30, MgO content is about 12%, Al2O3 content is less than 16%, TiO2content is less than10%.
