摘要
房屋建筑工程质量与每个人的生活息息相关,直接关系着人们生命财产安全,备受人们关注。在房屋工程建设和使用过程中出现的质量问题绝不容忽视,必须探究分析其原因,并采取相应的对策和措施进行控制和处理,消除工程质量隐患,提高工程质量标准,对今后建筑工程质量的控制及管理提供借鉴和指导作用。
Building quality is closely related to everyone＇s life,which is directly related to people＇s life and property safety, pay attention to housing construction and use of quality issues should not be overlooked in the process, we must analyse the causes and take appropriate measures to control and deal with them ,To eliminate hidden quality is sues, improve project quality standards,in order to guide and make a example on quality control and management of building engineering in the future.
