能量天平水平安培力与电磁转矩引起对准能量误差的评估 被引量:9

摘要 在能量天平法原理的基础上,研究悬挂线圈特征矢量非对准状态的产生机理,分析非对准状态下水平安培力和电磁转矩之间相互耦合的作用特性,揭示两者对能量天平对准误差的影响机制;设计水平安培力和电磁转矩的双柔性铰链解耦结构,实现了两者在作用范围上的解耦,同时基于转矩平衡原理分别建立了水平安培力和电磁转矩的求解模型,并基于该模型评估了由水平安培力和电磁转矩做功引起的能量天平对准相对误差值为1×10^(-6)。 Based on the principle of the joule balance method, the generating mechanism of the misalignment situation of the characteristic vectors on the suspended coil was studied, and the coupling influence between the horizontal ampere force and electromagnetic torque was analyzed, thus the principle of the influence on the alignment error by the horizontal force and torque was revealed. The decoupling structure based on two flexure hinge was designed to decouple the horizontal force and torque in the range of action, and the solving models for the force and torque were also established based on the torque-balance-principle. Finally, the relative alignment error caused by the horizontal ampere force and the electromagnetic torque was evaluated to be approximately 1 × 10^-6 based on the solving models.
