140例围绝经期宫颈病变临床分析

Clinical Analysis of 140 Cases Perimenopausal Cervical Lesions

目的分析探讨围绝经期妇女宫颈病变的临床类型。方法选取140例围绝经期宫颈病变患者作为研究对象,均进行常规查体及妇科检查,行宫颈液基细胞学检查及人乳头瘤病毒DNA检测及阴道镜检查。部分行宫颈活检和宫颈管搔刮术,进行观察研究分析。结果 140例宫颈病变中良性病变占91%,宫颈癌及癌前病变占8.9%。结论围绝经期宫颈病变大部分为良性疾病,部分宫颈癌较为隐匿,不易发现,应采取全面有效的检查,建议同时行HPV及阴道镜检查,必要时宫颈活检及宫颈搔刮术。

Objective to analyze and investigate clinical types of perimenopausal cervical lesions. Methods choose 140 cases perimenopausal cervical lesions patients as study objects, carry on routine and gynecologic examination of cytological examination of cervical cervix liquid, human papillomavirus DNA detection and colposcopy examination. Part of them received cervical biopsy and cervical curettage for observation and analysis. Results among 140 cases cervical lesions, benign lesions accounted for 91%, cervical cancer and precancerous lesions for 8.9%. Conclusion most of cervix lesions in perimenopausal period are benign diseases, some cervical cancer is concealed and not easy to find. It is necessary to take comprehensive and effective examination, and HPV and colposcopy examination at the same time, carry on cervix biopsy and curettage if necessary.
