临床护理路径在初治痰阳肺结核护理中的应用效果分析

Application Effect Analysis of Clinical Nursing Pathway in Nursing of Initial Treatment of Sputum Positive Tuberculosis

目的探讨临床护理路径在初治痰阳肺结核护理中的应用效果。方法选取我院2016年3月至2017年2月收治的80例初治痰阳肺结核患者。患者按照随机数字对照法分为40例对照组和40例研究组。对照组进行常规护理方法,研究组在对照组基础上进行临床护理路径,对比分析两组的护理效果。结果研究组护理满意度明显比对照组高,具有显著统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论肺结核患者应用临床护理路径理念能够显著提高护理满意度,可以在临床广泛应用。

Objective to explore application effect of clinical nursing pathway in nursing of initial treatment of sputum positive pulmonary tuberculosis. Methods choose 80 cases sputum positive pulmonary tuberculosis treated in our hospital from March 2016 to February 2017, divide them into control groups 40 cases and study group 40 cases according to random digital method. Control group was treated with routine nursing, and study group with clinical nursing pathway on the basis of control group. Compare and analyze nursing effects of two groups. Results nursing satisfaction degree of study group was significantly higher than control group, with significant difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion clinical nursing pathway concept can significantly improve nursing satisfaction degree of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis, wich and can be widely applied in clinical practice.
