人性化护理在普外科护理中的效果分析

Effect Analysis of Humanized Nursing in General Surgery Nursing

目的对人性化护理在普外科护理中的应用效果进行分析和探讨。方法我院选择2016年5月至2017年5月普外科接收的80例患者作为研究对象进行分析,将所有患者按照随机法平均分成两组,实验组和对照组,每组患者40人。其中,对对照组患者采用常规的护理措施,对实验组患者在常规护理的基础上采用人性化护理措施,然后对两组患者的护理满意度以及护理效果进行观察和比较。结果实验组患者护理满意度为100%,而对照组患者护理满意度仅为79%,P<0.05,两组差异显著,因而具有统计学意义。此外,实验组患者在护理后其住院时间以及疼痛评分指标等显著优于对照组,差异显著,P<0.05。结论通过对普外科患者采用人性化护理措施,能够提高护理满意度,缩短患者的住院时间,改善患者的临床症状,护理效果显著,因而具有很高的临床应用价值。

Objective to analyze and discuss application effect of humanized nursing in general surgery department. Methods choose 80 cases general surgical patients from May 2016 to May 2017 in our hospital as study objects. Divide them into two groups in average according to random method, experimental and control group, 40 cases in each. Control group was treated with routine nursing measures, and experimental group with humanized nursing measures on the basis of routine nursing. Observe and compare nursing satisfaction degree and nursing effect of two groups. Results satisfaction degree of experimental group was 100%, and that of control group was 79% only, P〈0.05, difference showed statistical significance significant between two groups. In addition, hospitalization time and pain scores of experimental group were significantly better than control group after nursing, difference was significant, P〈0.05. Conclusion humanized nursing measures can increase nursing satisfaction degree, shorten hospitalization time improve clinical symptoms of general surgical patients with nursing remarkable effect, which is of high clinical application value.
