21例妊娠合并阑尾炎诊疗分析及体会

Analysis and Experience in Diagnosis and Treatment of 21 Cases Pregnancy Complicated with Appendicitis

目的探讨妊娠合并急性阑尾炎患者的诊疗方法,为临床工作中对诊疗该种疾病提供临床经验。方法回顾分析大理白族自治州人民医院2014年01月至2018年04月的21例妊娠合并急性阑尾炎患者的临床资料。结果 21例妊娠合并阑尾炎患者均行手术治疗,其中术后早产1例,术后自然流产1例,术后自行选择人工流产3例,腹部切口愈合不良1例,阑尾手术同时行剖宫产3例,所有孕妇均无死亡。结论早期明确诊断,采取积极有效的治疗方案是妊娠合并急性阑尾炎的治疗重点,一旦确诊为急性阑尾炎,均应在积极抗感染的同时立即采取手术治疗方案[1]。

Objective to explore diagnosis and treatment of pregnancy combined with acute appendicitis, to provide clinical experience for clinical diagnosis and treatment of the disease. Methods review and analyze clinical data of 21 cases pregnant women combined with acute appendicitis from 2014 to 2018 04 in Dali Bai Autonomous Prefecture People＇s Hospital. Resultscarry on surgical treatment for 21 cases pregnancy combined with appendicitis, including 1 case of postoperative preterm labor, 1 case spontaneous abortion, 3 cases spontaneous abortion, 1 case poor abdominal incision healing, 3 cases caesarean section combined appendix operation, no death for all cases. Conclusion early acurate diagnosis, active and effective treatment is the key of treatment of acute appendicitis with pregnancy. Once diagnosis of acute appendicitis, it is necessary to carry on surgical treatment with active anti infection[1].
