本体感觉训练在膝关节周围骨折术后所致关节僵硬患者康复治疗中的作用

Effect of Proprioception Training in Rehabilitation of Joint Stiffness Patients after Periarticular Fracture Surgery of Knee Joint

目的探讨本体感觉训练在膝关节周围骨折术后所致关节僵硬患者康复治疗中的作用。方法根据随机数字表法进行2016年6月至2018年2月90例膝关节周围骨折术后所致关节僵硬患者分成不同组。对照组给予基础方法治疗,观察组则给予基础方法联合本体感觉训练治疗。比较两组膝关节周围骨折术后所致关节僵硬治疗效果;关节僵硬消失时间、关节恢复正常活动时间;治疗前后患者膝关节功能分值、肢体平衡功能、生活质量。结果观察组膝关节周围骨折术后所致关节僵硬治疗效果高于对照组,P<0.05;观察组关节僵硬消失时间、关节恢复正常活动时间优于对照组,P<0.05;治疗前两组膝关节功能分值、肢体平衡功能、生活质量相近,P>0.05;治疗后观察组膝关节功能分值、肢体平衡功能、生活质量优于对照组,P<0.05。结论基础方法联合本体感觉训练治疗膝关节周围骨折术后所致关节僵硬的应用效果确切,可有效改善膝关节功能,缓解僵硬,值得临床广泛应用。

Objective to explore effect of proprioception training on rehabilitation of joint stiffness patients after periarticular fracture surgery of knee. Methods divide 90 cases knee joint fracture patients caused by joint stiffness from June 2016 to February 2018 into different groups according to random number table method. Control group was treated with basic therapy, and observation group with basic therapy combined with proprioception training. Compare curative effect of knee joint stiffness after periarticular fracture surgery of knee, disappearance time of joint stiffness, recovery time of normal joint activity, knee joint function scores, limb balance function and life quality of two groups before and after treatment. Results curative effect of joint stiffness after knee joint fracture surgery of observation group was higher than control group, P〈0.05; disappearance time of joint stiffness and recovery time of normal joint function was shorter than control group, P〈0.05; before treatment, knee joint function scores, limb balance function, life quality of were similar, P〉0.05. After treatment, knee joint function scores, limb balance function and life quality of observation group were better than control group, P〈0.05. Conclusion basic therapy combined with proprioception training has accurat effect in treatment of joint stiffness after knee joint fracture surgery, can improve knee joint function and relieve stiffness effectively, which is worthy of wide clinical application.
