葡萄糖酸锌在儿童缺锌性厌食中治疗的效果观察

Effect Observation of Zinc Gluconate on Zinc Deficiency Anorexia of Children

目的对葡萄糖酸锌用于治疗儿童缺锌性厌食的临床应用价值进行探究。方法本次研究的儿童均为仅一年收治的缺锌性厌食的儿童,研究患儿的总数为120例,为了对比不同的治疗方法对缺锌性厌食的治疗效果,将患儿分成治疗方法不同的小组,两种治疗方法的患儿均为60例。患儿的平均4岁6个月,两组患儿的临床数据具有统计学意义。将不同治疗方法干预后的头发锌含量以及食欲改善情况作为本次研究的比较指标。对不同方法治疗后的评价指标变化情况进行比较。结果葡糖糖酸锌治疗的实验组患儿的食欲出现明显的增加,头发锌含量得到明显提高,与使用安慰剂的患儿相比,治疗效果方面更具有优势。结论用葡萄糖酸锌治疗儿童缺锌性厌食具有较好的临床效果,具有临床应用价值。

Objective to explore clinical application value of zinc gluconate in treatment of zinc deficiency anorexia of children. Methods choose 120 cases anorexia of zinc deficiency children during past year as study objects. Divide them into different treatment groups, 60 cases in each to compare curative effect of different treatment methods on anorexia of zinc deficiency. Average age of children was 4 years and 6 months, and clinical data of two groups were statistically significant. Treat hair zinc content and appetite improvement after different treatments intervention as comparative indicators of the study. Compare evaluation indexes changes after different treatment. Results appetite of experimental group was significantly increased, hair zinc content was significantly enhanced, and treatment effect had better advantages than placebo group. Conclusion zinc gluconate has good clinical effect in treatment of children with zinc deficiency anorexia, which is of clinical application value.
