优质护理服务对妇科腹腔镜手术患者的影响

Effect of Quality Nursing Service on Gynecological Laparoscopic Surgery Patients

目的探讨分析优质护理服务对妇科腹腔镜手术患者的影响。方法采用随机分组的方式将2017年3月至2018年3月间收治的100例妇科腹腔镜手术患者分为两组,对照组行妇科手术常规护理,实验组开展优质护理服务,对比两组术后恢复情况、VAS评分及护理满意度。结果与对照组相比,实验组术后肠鸣音恢复时间、首次排气时间和首次下床活动时间更早,住院时间更短;术后2 h、24 h、36 h、48 h的VAS评分更优,独立样本t检验提示两组数据差异具有统计显著性(P<0.05)。实验组患者护理满意率明显高于对照组,卡方检验提示两组数据差异具有统计显著性(χ~2=6.353,P=0.011)。结论妇科腹腔镜围手术期开展优质护理服务可有效缓解术后疼痛,促进患者康复,提高护理满意度,建议临床加以推广和应用。

Objective to explore and analyze effect of quality nursing service on gynecological laparoscopic surgery patients. Methods divide 100 cases gynecologic laparoscopic surgery patients from March 2017 to March 2018 into two groups by random grouping method. Control group was treated with routine nursing of gynecologic operation, and experimental group with quality nursing service. Compare postoperative recovery, VAS scores and nursing satisfaction degree between two groups. Resultsrecovery time of postoperative bowel sound, the first exhaust time, ambulation time and hospitalization time of experimental group was shorter than control group. VAS scores of 2 h, 24 h, 36 h and 48 h after operation were better. Independent sample t test suggested difference was statistically significant between two groups（P〈0.05）. Satisfaction degree of experimental group was significantly higher than control group, and chi square test showed statistically significant difference between two groups（χ2=6.353, P =0.011）. Conclusion quality nursing service in perioperative period of gynecologic laparoscopy can relieve postoperative pain effectively, promote rehabilitation and nursing satisfaction degree of patients, which is worthy of clinical application, promotion and reference.
