温针灸联合四磨汤对帕金森便秘的疗效观察

Curative Effect Observation of Warm Acupuncture Combined with Decoction of Four-Drug Juice on Parkinson's Constipation

目的探讨温针灸联合四磨汤对帕金森便秘的疗效。方法选择2015年5月至2017年5月在我院进行治疗的帕金森便秘患者100例进行研究。随机分为两组,每组各50例。对照组采用四磨汤加减治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加以温针灸治疗。对两组患者疗效、生活质量、肛门直肠动力学检查指标进行观察。结果观察组有效率为90.00%,明显高于对照组的72.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后两组PAC-QOL及肛肠动力学各参数均明显下降(P<0.05),但观察组下降幅度更为明显(P<0.05)。结论温针灸联合四磨汤可明显提高帕金森便秘的疗效,改善患者生活质量及肛肠动力学各指标^([1])。

Objective to investigate curative effect of warm acupuncture combined with Decoction of Four-Drug Juice on Parkinson＇s constipation. Methods choose 100 cases Parkinson constipation patients treated in our hospital from May 2015 to May 2017 for study. Divide them into two groups randomly, 50 cases in each. Control group was treated with modified of Decoction Four-Drug Juice, and observation group with warm acupuncture on the basis of control group. Observe curative effect, life quality and anorectal dynamics examination indexes of two groups. Results effective rate of observation group was 90.00%, significantly higher than 72.00% of control group, difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. After intervention, parameters of PAC-QOL and anorectal dynamics decreased significantly of two groups（P〈0.05）, decrease of observation group was more significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion warm acupuncture combined with Decoction of Four-Drug Juice can improve curative effect, life quality and [1] of anorectal dynamics of Parkinson＇s constipation significantly.
