Objective to study curative effect of metoprolol and trimetazidine in treatment of heart failure patients with elderly coronary heart disease(CHF) and effect on cardiac function, myocardial remodeling and inflammatory factors. Methodscollect 58 cases elderly CHD and heart failure patients treated in our hospital from November 2014 to November 2017 as study objects, according to random principles, divide them into control and observation group. Control group was treated with routine treatment, and observation group with metoprolol and trimetazidine. Compare curative effect of two groups.. Results total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than control group. Cardiac function scores of observation group were(93.56±2.45), myocardial remodeling scores were(89.56±3.47), and inflammatory factor scores were(90.41±2.32), significantly better than control group after treatment: cardiac function scores(83.24±2.), myocardial remodeling scores(81.47±2.43) and inflammatory factor scores(81.37±21.98), with statistical significance,(P〈0.05). Conclusion metoprolol and trimetazidine has significant effect in treatment of heart failure of elderly patients with coronary heart disease, can improve cardiac function, myocardial remodeling and inflammatory factors effectively, and promote rehabilitation of patients, which is worthy of clinical application.
