社区腰椎间盘突出致腰腿疼痛的临床处理方法研究

Clinical Treatment Study of Low Back and Leg Pain Caused by Lumbar Disc Herniation in Community

目的评析社区医院在治疗患有腰间盘突出而引起的腰痛腿疼的患者上采用的方法,进行方法对比,从而找到更有效的治疗方法。方法研究定为,在2017年3月至2018年3月,从本社区因腰间盘突出而导致腰痛腿疼的来诊患者的总例数抽出45例来进行处理方法的分析。组数为2,一组名为治疗干预组,一组名为常规处理组。治疗干预组23人,常规处理组22人。给予常规处理组以常规的临床治疗方法,给予治疗干预组以综合干预疗法。判定患者疼痛程度和功能障碍指数,得出患者改善率。结果在VAS及ODI方面,治疗干预组的改善率皆要优于常规处理组,相比有异(P<0.05)。结论社区医院采用综合干预疗法,有着治疗方便及时、服务到家、治疗全面的优点,对患者病情的改善具有非常明显的效果,受到患者一致好评,有助于患者养成健康的行为习惯,对患者病情恢复有促进作用。

Objective to evaluate and compare treatment of low back and leg pain patients caused by lumbar disc herniation in community hospitals, to find more effective treatment methods. Methods choose 45 cases low back and leg pain patients caused by lumbar disc herniation from March 2017 to March 2018 in community, analyze treatment method. Divide them into two groups, 23 cases in treatment intervention group were treated with comprehensive intervention treatment, and 23 cases in routine treatment group with routine clinical treatment. Determine patients＇ pain degree and disability index, and obtain improvement rate of patients. Results VAS and ODI improvement rate of treatment intervention group was better than routine treatment group, with significant difference,（P0.05）. Conclusion comprehensive intervention therapy has advantages of convenient and timely treatment, home service and comprehensive treatment in community hospitals, and obvious effect on improvement of patient＇s condition. It is well received by patients, and conductive to development of healthy behavior habits and of promotive effect on recovery of patient＇s condition.
