飞秒激光辅助白内障手术对角膜内皮的影响 被引量:3

Changes in Corneal Endothelium after Laser-Assisted Femtosecond Cataract Surgery

摘要 目的研究飞秒激光辅助白内障手术对角膜内皮的影响。方法白内障患者115只眼,随机分为观察组72例和对照组43例。对照组患者采用传统超声乳化手术方法;观察组患者加用飞秒激光技术。所有患眼术前及术后3个月检查角膜内皮计数。结果对照组术后3个月角膜内皮细胞从平均(2 437.67±388.9)个/mm^2降低到(1 983.21±513.1)个/mm^2,平均减少(454.47±418.2)个/mm^2,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后3个月角膜内皮细胞从平均(2 419.51±342.5)个/mm^2降低到(1 954.72±496.1)个/mm^2,平均减少(464.792±426.6)个/mm^2,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组与观察组间比较,术后3个月患眼角膜内皮减少程度差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论飞秒激光辅助白内障手术虽然在传统超声乳化的基础上增加激光操作,但在术后3个月内并没有加剧角膜内皮的损伤。 Objective To observe changes in corneal endothelium after laser-assisted femtosecond cataract surgery.Methods Totally 115 cataract patients(115 eyes) were randomly divided into the observation group(72 eyes) and control group(43 eyes). The patients in the control group were given traditional ultrasonic emulsification operation,and those in the observation group were treated with femtosecond laser. Corneal endothelial counting was conducted for all the eyes before the operation and 3 months after the operation respectively.Results For the control group,the number of corneal endothelial cells reduced from an average of(2 437. 67 ± 388. 9) cells/mm^2 to(1 983. 21 ± 513. 0) cells/mm^2 by an average of(454. 465 ± 418. 2) cells/mm^2(P = 0. 000) three months after the operation. As tothe observation group,the number dropped from an average of(2 419. 51 ± 342. 511) cells/mm^2 to(1 954. 72 ± 496. 0) cells/mm^2 by(464. 792 ± 426. 6) cells/mm^2(P 〈0. 05) on average three months after the operation. The difference between two groups in the reduction of the number of corneal endothelial cells was not statistically significant(P 〈0. 05).Conclusions Despite of the addition of laser operation to traditional phacoemulsification,laser assisted femtosecond cataract surgery did not enhance corneal endothelium injury in 3 months after the operation.
