640 nm红光治疗对小切口搔刮法术后腋臭创面的促愈合作用 被引量:4

摘要 目的观察波长640 nm光子治疗仪治疗腋臭小切口搔刮法术后的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2014年6月至2016年6月,腋臭患者56例的创面临床资料,分为两组行小切口搔刮法治疗腋臭,术后常规创面行8字绷带加压包扎、换药为对照组;以创面常规治疗+光子治疗为治疗组,比较两组术后疗效、创面恢复时间及术后并发症。结果 56例患者手术均顺利完成,对照组和治疗组术后疗效比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗组术后创面恢复时间、术后VAS疼痛评分、皮下血肿、切口感染等并发症明显低于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论波长640 nm的光子治疗仪对腋臭小切口搔刮法术后患者创面的恢复愈合具有明显的促进作用,该治疗安全有效,值得临床借鉴运用。 Objective To study the therapeutic effect of photon therapy instruments of 640 nm wavelength to heal the wound of patients after axillary small incision scratching.Methods Totally 56 patients of underarm odor given axillary small incision scratching from Jun. 2014 to Jun. 2016 were randomly divided into two groups: the control group and treatment group. While the patients in the control group being given traditional treatments such as 8-character bandaging and dressing those in the treatment group were given an innovative treatment combining traditional treatments and phototherapy. The curative effect,wound recovery time and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results The recovery time of the wound for the patients in the treatment group was shorter than that in the control group,and thedifference was statistically significant(P〈0. 05). However,there was no significant difference as to postoperative curative effect(P〈0. 05).Conclusions Being safe and highly effective in healing the wound of the patients after axillary small incision scratching,photon therapy instruments of 640 nm wavelength are recommend for clinical application.
