节段分析法在超声产前诊断胎儿心脏畸形中的应用价值

Application value of segmental analysis in the ultrasound prenatal diagnosis of fetal heart abnormaties

目的探讨节段分析法在超声产前诊断胎儿心脏畸形中的应用价值。方法采用回顾性分析法,选取2013年7月～2017年12月期间于我科运用节段分析法诊断出先天性心脏病胎儿共15例,探究并分析节段分析法在临床中的诊断应用价值。结果通过应用节段分析法超声诊断,发现简单型心脏病胎儿6例,复杂型心脏病胎儿9例,以上级医院转诊结果、引产及产后诊断为标准。结论节段分析法在胎儿先天性心脏病超声检查中能够观察到胎儿的心脏结构,且对于复杂型先天性心脏病胎儿具有较强的临床诊断价值,为育龄期妇女妊娠提供了更科学的临床诊断价值,值得在临床上大力推广和运用。

Objective：To explore application value of segmental analysis in the ultrasound prenatal diagnosis of fetal heart abnormaties. Methods：A retrospective analysis,selection in July 2013 to December 2017 in our department during the application of segmental analysis diagnosis of congenital heart disease,a total of cases of fetus,explore and analysize the segmental analysis diagnosis in the clinical application value. Result：Through the ultrasound diagnosis of segmental analysis,found that the simple type of 6 cases of fetal heart diseases,complexity of 9 cases of fetal fetal heart diseases,take the referral results from the superior hospital,odinopoeia and postpartum diagnosis as a standard. Conclusion：Segmental analysis in ultrasonic diagnosis of fetal congenital heart disease can be observed clearly to the fetal heart structure,and the complexity of clinical diagnosis of fetal congenital heart disease with strong values,for the women of childbearing age the clinical diagnosis
