重度OSAHS患者综合治疗前后血清NGF、HO-1、IL-1β变化与认知功能的关系 被引量:11

The relationship between the changes of serum NGF,HO-1,IL-1 beta and cognitive function in patients with severe OSAHS after comprehensive treatment

摘要 目的:探究血清神经生长因子(NGF)、血红素氧化酶1(HO-1)、IL-1β与OSAHS患者认知功能之间的关系。方法:测量60例重度OSAHS患者首次治疗前及治疗半年后的血清NGF、HO-1、IL-1β浓度以及蒙特利尔认知评分(MoCA)、AHI和LSaO_2。结果:(1)重度OSAHS患者存在血清NGF下降及血清HO-1、IL-1β升高;(2)OSAHS患者AHI与NGF呈负相关(r=-0.648),与HO-1呈正相关(r=0.695),与IL-1β呈正相关(r=0.616);(3)MoCA值与NGF呈正相关(r=0.663),与HO-1呈负相关(r=-0.614),与IL-1β呈负相关(r=-0.346);(4)治疗半年后随访,AHI与血清HO-1、IL-1β较治疗前下降,MoCA值与血清NGF较治疗前上升,所有数据前后对比差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:(1)重度OSAHS患者存在认知功能损伤;(2)血清NGF、HO-1、IL-1β的变化可能与OSAHS患者认知功能改变有相关性;(3)综合治疗可以提高患者LSaO_2,降低AHI,对认知功能改善有一定作用;(4)通过规律监测血清NGF、HO-1、IL-1β浓度可能对于评估患者病情和愈后有一定的帮助。 Objective:To explore the relationship between the levels of serum nerve growth factor(NGF),hemeoxygenase 1(HO-1),interleukin-1beta(IL-1β)and cognitive function in OSAHS patients.Method:the levels of serum NGF,HO-1and IL-1βconcentrations in 60severe OSAHS patients were measured before and after treat-were also recorded.Result:(1)OSAHS patients have serum NGF decreased and serum HO-1,IL-1βincreased.(2)In severe OSAHS patients the AHI was negatively correlated with NGF(r=-0.648),positively correlated with HO-1(r=0.695),and positively correlated with IL-1β(r=0.616).(3)The MoCA value was positively correlated with NGF(r=0.663),negatively correlated with HO-1(r=-0.614),and negatively correlated with IL-1β(r=-0.346).(4)After half a year of follow-up,the AHI and Serum HO-1and IL-1βwere significantly decreased,while the MoCA values and serum NGF were significantly increased after treatment.Conclusion:(1)Severe OSAHS patients have cognitive impairment.(2)The changes of serum NGF,HO-1and IL-1βmay be related to the changes of cognitive function in OSAHS pa-tion.(4)Regular monitoring the concentration of serum NGF,HO-1,and IL-1βmay be helpful to assess the patient's condition and recovery.
