摘要
核心素养在学生的成人、成事之中发挥着重要作用。其中,协作、交往、批判性思维与创造性是学生核心素养的重要构成。学生核心素养的养成与教师的教育教学能力密切相关。基于学生核心素养提升的视角,医学院校教师教育教学能力标准的构建有赖于教师秉持教育交往理念观,践行学习对话实践以及完善教师成长制度。
Core qualities plays an important role in the adult and adulthood of students. Among them,collaboration,communication,critical thinking and creativity are important components of students' core qualities. The development of students' core literacy is closely related to the teachers' educational and teaching abilities. Based on the perspective of the improvement of students' core qualities,the construction of the teaching and learning ability standards of medical college teachers depends on teachers' adhering to the concept of educational communication,practicing the practice of learning dialogue and perfecting the teacher growth system.
