摘要
目的:调查分析医学院校护理学专业文科生的学习适应性。方法:通过大学生学习适应性量表、学习效果对护理学专业584名学生的学习适应性进行统计分析。结果:2016级(大一)理科生的教育模式适应、学习能力方面均明显优于文科生(P <0. 05); 2015级、2016级理科生的医学基础主干课程及平均分成绩优于文科生(P <0. 05); 2015级(大二)文、理科生学习适应性、专业课成绩没有显著差异(P> 0. 05)。结论:文科生经过大学一年级的调整适应,学习适应性、学习效果可以达到和理科生同等的水平。医学院校需要探索护理学专业医学基础课程的设计和整合,突出课程的基础性和实用性,同时重视对文科生医学基础知识的辅导、心理问题的疏导,鼓励他们发挥人文优势,帮助他们顺利度过适应期。
Objective: To investigate and analyze the learning adaptability of liberal arts students in nursing colleges. Methods:Through the college students' learning adaptability scale and learning effect,the learning adaptability of 584 students in nursing major was statistically analyzed. Results: The educational model adaptation and learning ability of the 2016( first grade) science students were significantly better than the liberal arts students( P〈0. 05); the medical basic courses and average scores of the 2015 and 2016 science students were better than the liberal arts students.( P〈0.05); There was no significant difference in the learning adaptability and professional course scores of 2015( sophomore) and science students( P〉0.05). Conclusion: After the first year of college students' adjustment and adaptation,the adaptability and learning effect can reach the same level as the science students. Medical colleges need to explore the design and integration of the basic medical courses of nursing,highlight the basic and practical nature of the curriculum,and pay attention to the guidance of the basic knowledge of the liberal arts students,the psychological problems,encourage them to take advantage of humanities and help them smooth and pass the adaptation period.
