摘要 物理诊断学是基础医学与临床医学之间的一门桥梁课程,是学习临床医学课程的基础。良好的教学方法对提高物理诊断学教学质量至关重要。教学团队教学能力的培养是医学院校教学的基础。结合实际工作,系统阐述了教学团队的构建、团队教学的实施、教师激励机制的建立、教学效果的评价,以及如何通过团队教学提高物理诊断学教学质量。 Physical diagnostics is a bridge between basic medicine and clinical medicine and is the basis for studying clinical medicine courses. Good teaching methods are essential to improve the quality of physical diagnostics teaching. The training of teaching team teaching ability is the basis of medical college teaching. Combined with the actual work,the system expounds the construction of the teaching team,the implementation of the team teaching,the establishment of the teacher incentive mechanism,the evaluation of the teaching effect,and how to improve the quality of physical diagnostics teaching through team teaching.
