城市居民社会保险满意度及其影响因素

The Level of Satisfaction with Social Insurance Among Chinese Urban Dwellers and Its Relevant Factors

本文依据大规模社会调查所得到的数据资料,经验地考察了城市居民对社会保险的满意度,并对其影响因素进行了分析.研究发现,城市居民对社会保险的满意度不高.社会保险各项及总体满意度的影响因素虽略有不同,但综合起来看,个人因素中的职业身份、所在单位性质及级别的影响相对重要,参加情况影响也不可忽视,参加意愿、对社会保险的认识及作用评价、经济利益方面的考虑是影响满意度的主要因素.

Based on the data obtained through a large-scaled social survey,this article empirically analyzes the level of satisfaction with social insurance among urban dwellers its relevant factors.The result shows that urban dwellers are not quite satisfied with the current status of social insurance in general.Although the factors influencing one’s satisfaction level with the overall situation and each aspect of social insurance vary,its indubitably that one’s occupation,the nature of one’s employer,and one’s rank in his/her working place are relatively more import among all the individual factors.Besides,the status of participation also plays a significant role.The will to participate in,the knowledge about,and the evaluation of the general benefits-especially the economic ones-of social insurance also seriously affect the level of satisfaction with social insurance.
