摘要
小组计件制的一个重要效果是赶工游戏,赶工游戏激起了工人异常努力工作的热情,产生了对游戏规则的同意,使工人自发地接受工厂秩序,投身资本主义利润的生产。而工人的赶工既源自养家糊口、无从选择而必须工作的压力以及强制性文化所带来的压力,也源自劳动所带来的自豪感、成就感、愉悦性、"气"的释放以及社会性消费所带来的心理满足。劳动的意义和工作现场的强制性文化系统相结合,使工人更加努力地工作。
Piece-rate system of Guo Bang Co.is in essence a making-out game,which greatly motivates laborers’ hard work,their consent to enterprise regulations and orders,hence their production of corporate profits.The laborers involved in making out have been driven by two forces.On one hand,they are pressed by the role of bread winner for the family and the coercive culture of the company;on the other hand,they are encouraged by some psychological pleasures such as the pride in their work,a sense of accomplishment and the outlet of qi.Combining the meaning of labor and the coerciveness of workplace,the piece-rate system brings a—bout better performance by the laborers.
