摘要
为解决广州市南沙区大岗镇大滘水闸工程预设拦污栅栅槽安装合格率达到90%的要求,施工单位成立专项QC小组进行现状调查,确定了连接焊缝处理不当和加固材料焊接位置不当是造成拦污栅栅槽埋件变形的主要原因,并制定和实施了相应对策。经检验,拦污栅栅槽安装合格率达到91%,达到预定目标,且社会效益、经济效益良好,可为今后类似工程提供借鉴。
It is initially required that the installation qualified rate of rash chutes should reach 90% in Dajiao Dam Project, Dagang Town, Nansha District, Guangzhou. The construction unit sets up a special QC team to investigate the current situation, and determine that the improper treatment of the connection welding seam and the improper welding position of the reinforcement material are the main reasons causing the deformation of rash chute buried part. Corresponding countermeasures are formulated and implemented. The installation qualified rate of rash chutes is 91% according to test, which reaches the anticipated objectives. The social and economic benefits are good, which can provide reference for similar projects in the future.
