摘要
目的探讨应用超长时程12导联同步动态心电图记录系统诊断心律失常的临床价值。方法选取2015年6月—2018年6月到该院就诊的1 674例疑似心律失常患者,其因存在心悸、胸闷、头晕、低血压、出汗、晕厥前兆、晕厥等临床症状而到院就诊,将其随机分成两个对照诊断小组,即研究组(n=837)和对照组(n=837)。对837例研究组患者应用12导联同步动态心电图记录系统进行超长时程监测,而对837例对照组患者则采用常规心电图检查手段,待患者完成检查后需及时回收心电图报告,以利于数据的及时统计,从而针对进行疾病的诊断分析。对照分析两组的心律失常阳性诊断率结果,从而探讨超长时程动态心电图诊断心律失常的价值。结果研究组患者均被明确诊断出存在各种类型的心律失常疾病,其阳性诊断率为100.0%(837/837);而对照组患者中有693例,其阳性诊断率为82.8%(693/837)。以临床抗心律失常治疗后的疗效为诊断标准,证实两组患者均存在心律失常疾病,而组间阳性诊断率差异有统计学意义(χ~2=157.55,P<0.05),故可表明超长时程动态心电图诊断心律失常的准确率更高,具有更高的应用价值。结论超长时程动态心电图诊断心律失常操作简便、监测时程创口宽、应用安全性高、诊断阳性率高,并且对指导临床针对治疗及评估患者预后具有重要的作用价值。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of ultra long-term 12-lead synchronous Hoher recording system in the diagnosis of arrhythmia. Methods A total of 1674 patients with suspected arrhythmia who were admitted to the hospital from June 2015 to June 2018 were enrolled in the hospital for clinical symptoms such as palpitations, chest tightness, dizziness, hypotension, sweating, syncope, and syncope. They were randomly divided into two control diagnos- tic groups, the study group (n=837) and the control group (n=837). For the 837 patients in the study group, the 12-lead synchronous Hoher recording system was used for uhra-long-term monitoring. For the 837 patients, the conventional electrocardiogram was used. After the patient completed the examination, the ECG report should be recovered in time to facilitate the data. Timely statistics for the diagnosis of disease. The results of positive diagnosis rate of arrhythmia in the two groups were analyzed to investigate the value of ultra long-term dynamic electrocardiogram in the diagnosis of arrhythmia. Results All patients in the study group were diagnosed with various types of arrhythmia, and the positive diagnosis rate was 100.%(837/837). In the control group, 693 patients had a positive diagnosis rate of 82.8% (693/ 837). The clinical efficacy of anti-arrhythmia treatment was the diagnostic criteria. It was confirmed that there were ar- rhythmia diseases in both groups, and the positive diagnosis rate between the groups had significant statistical signifi- cance (χ2=157.55, P〈0.05), so it can be indicated Uhra-long-term dynamic electrocardiography is more accurate in di- agnosing arrhythmia and has higher application value. Conclusion Uhra-long-term dynamic electrocardiogram is easy to diagnose arrhythmia, wide time span for monitoring, high safety of application, high positive rate of diagnosis, and has important value for guiding clinical treatment and evaluating patient prognosis.
