不同根管填充程度对牙体牙髓患者的治疗影响价值刍议

The Value of Different Root Canal Filling Degree in the Treatment of Dental Pulp Patients

目的研究不同根管填充程度对牙体牙髓患者的治疗影响价值。方法将2017年2—11月该院接收的牙体牙髓病患者102例根据双盲随机分组原则分为甲组(适量填充)、乙组(超量填充)、丙组(欠量填充),每组34例。将三组牙体牙髓病患者的临床疗效、疼痛情况进行比对。结果甲组牙体牙髓病患者的临床总有效率(97.06%)高于其他两组(χ~2=3.981、10.119,P=0.046、0.001),疼痛评分(1.79±0.42)分低于其他两组(t=15.446、24.398,P=0.001、0.001);乙组和丙组对比临床总有效率差异无统计学意义(χ~2=1.961,P=0.161),对比疼痛评分明显是乙组(3.84±0.65)分更低(t=9.374,P=0.001)。结论根管适量填充治疗牙体牙髓患者的效果相对于根管超量、欠量填充更加理想,临床应用价值高。

Objective To study the effect of different root canal filling degree on the treatment of dental pulp patients. Methods 102 patients from February to November with dental pulp disease received by the hospital were divided into group A （appropriate filling）, group B （overfilling）, group C （underfill）, and 34 cases/group according to the principle of double-blind random grouping. The clinical efficacy and pain of three groups of dental pulp patients were compared. Results The total clinical effective rate （97.06%） of patients with group A dental pulp disease was higher than that of the other two groups （χ2=3.981, 10.119, P=0.046, 0.001）, and the pain score （1.79±0.42）points was lower than the other two groups （t=15.446, 24.398, P=0.001, 0.001）; there was no significant difference in the total clinical effective rate be- tween group B and group C （χ2=1.961, P=0.161）, and the contrast pain score was significantly in group B （3.84±0.65） points, （t=9.374, P=0.001）. Conclusion The effect of proper filling of toot canal in the treatment of dental pulp patients is more ideal than that of root canal excess and undeffill, and the clinical application value is high.
