优质护理服务对慢性萎缩性胃炎患者的干预效果研究

Effect of Quality Nursing Service on Patients with Chronic Atrophic Gastritis

目的探讨优质护理服务对慢性萎缩性胃炎患者的干预效果。方法选取2017年1月—2018年1月该院收治的慢性萎缩性胃炎患者90例,按照随机数字表法,分为对照组(n=45)和观察组(n=45)。对照组行常规护理,观察组行优质护理,比较两组患者的临床治疗效果、心理状态情况。结果经过相应方式进行护理干预后,观察组治疗总有效率为91.11%,高于对照组的75.56%,差异具有统计学意义(χ~2=3.920,P<0.05);观察组干预后SCL-90量表中强迫症状、抑郁、恐怖、躯体化、人际关系敏感、焦虑以及精神病性各因子指标水平均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论优质护理服务的实施可有效提高慢性萎缩性胃炎患者的疾病治疗效果,改善患者的负性情绪。

Objective To explore the effect of quality nursing services on patients with chronic atrophic gastritis. Methods Ninety patients with chronic atrophic gastritis admitted to the hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 were enrolled in the control group （n=45） and the observation group （n=45） according to the random number table method. The control group received routine nursing, and the observation group underwent quality nursing. The clinical treatment effect and psychological status of the two groups were compared. Results After nursing intervention in the corresponding way, the total effective rate of the observation group was 91.11%, which was higher than that of the con- trol group （75.56~o）. The difference was statistically significant （χ2=3.920, P〈0.05）. After the intervention group, SCL- 90 The indicators of obsessive-compulsive symptoms, depression, terror, somatization, interpersonal sensitivity, anxiety and psychotic factors were superior to the control group, and the difference was statistically significaut （P〈0.05）. Con- clusion The implementation of quality nursing services can effectively improve the treatment of patients with chronic a- trophic gastritis and improve their negative emotions.
