The Path and Countermeasure for the Innovative Development of Henan Vocational Education in the View of“One Belt,One Road”

在"一带一路"倡议的时代背景下,河南具有重要的地理位置、资源以及政策导向优势,河南职业教育当前面临着机遇与挑战。改革和创新河南职业教育的发展,应解除对职业教育的误解和偏见,营造良好社会氛围和舆论环境,改革创新传统课程体系,注重人才培养对接生产实践,注重创新精神培养,加强"双师型"教师队伍建设,注重校企实训基地建设等,从而推进职业教育转型升级,打造职业教育河南样板。

In the historical background of the “one belt, one road” strategy, Henan vocational education now faces both opportunity and challenge because of the important geographical position, resources, and the advantage of policy orientation in Henan province. In order to promote the development of Henan vocational education, it is necessary to do the following aspects ： remove the misunderstanding and bias for vocational education and create the benign social atmosphere and public opinion environment; reform and innovate the traditional curriculum system ; meet the requirements of production and practice in talent cultivation and emphasize the cultivation of innovative spirit; strengthen the construction of teaching team with “double quality” ; emphasize the construction of the training base in school enterprises,promote the transformation and upgrade of vocational education,and forge the model school for Henan vocational education.
